Organised by Koinobori, an organisation that organises photo sessions with dressers and photographers.
This is the second event organised by Koinobori.
Takahiro, Shinnishi of Miyakonojo Image NEONE, who works as a video creator and photographer for the organisation, says: "The festival is being held for the first time in two or three years due to the pandemic. I want people to take photos of themselves in yukata for the first time in a long time and leave it as a memory."
Mikiko Akinaga and Rie Odawara, the orginisation's dressers, will be in charge of dressing the women on the day. Shinnishi will be in charge of photography, and each pair will have five minutes to take photos. Ten photographs will be provided as data.
Hours of the event are 10am to 5pm.
Participation fee: photography fee 1,600 yen, Dressing fee 300 yen. Yukata rental 300 yen (50% off for high school student and under).
