Staff in yukata welcome you to the Ekimae branch of the Himeji Shinkin Bank. Serving customers in yukata has been an annual summer event for more than 30 years.
The event is usually held in conjunction with the Himeji Yukata Festival in June, but the fest was cancelled for the third year in a row due to the Coronavirus. Nevertheless, the event was held for one day only for customers looking forward to seeing yukata.
Although the predicted max temperture in Himeji on 17 June was 28℃, the interior of the branch was gorgeous and cool.
