"2022 Isetan Yukata" Starting 29 June

 

New yukata for summer 2022 are gathered on the 7th floor of the Isetan Shinjuku. The "2022 Isetan Yukata" exhibition will run from 29 June (Wed) to 9 August (Tue) 2022.

The concept of the "2022 Isetan Yukata" is "crossroads".
The concept is to present new yukata and new ways of dressing that have been created through the interplay between tradition and the latest trends, based on the concept of Shinjuku as a "crossroad" where various people and values intersect.
The period of the exhibition will be divided into two, with two unique themes, "Yoi (evening)" and "Hakujitu (dayitme)", to introduce.

"Yoi (evening)" yukata that look good in the city at evening

From 29 June (Wed) to 19 July (Tue), during the "Yoi" period, a selection of yukata and sundry goods that "look good in the city at evening" will be on offer.

"Hakujitu (daytime)" yukata in the summer sky

During the "Hakujitu" period from Wednesday 20 July to Tuesday 9 August, cool yukata are chosen for the summer sky.
